Description: On or about May 26, 2024, when plaintiff was on the street, two unknown individuals assaulted, battered, and robbed the plaintiff. Those two men fled, leaving the plaintiff bleeding from his head. The police were called and about 15 officers arrived at the scene. The officers acted as if the plaintiff were a criminal, instead of a victim. The officers tackled the plaintiff, pulling and pinning him to the ground. The officers aggressively and violently handcuffed the plaintiff. The plaintiff was arrested and took to the hospital. The plaintiff was later released and no charges was filed.
