Once inside, defendants falsely arrested the plaintiff, her sister, her sister’s boyfriend, and her boyfriend without any legal justification. Despite her boyfriend, admitting that any illegal substances or weapons belonged to him, and no drugs or weapons being found on or near her, the plaintiff was still arrested. The plaintiff, who had knee problems, did not receive any medical intervention while she was at a precinct.
