Description: On October 12, 2020, Plaintiff was arrested and charged for driving an unregistered vehicle with a suspended license in Kings County, New York. The officer—PO Lebron—required Plaintiff to present his license and registration, which Plaintiff objected to. Plaintiff attempted to assert his Fifth and Sixth Amendment rights, but the officer disregarded the attempts. After Plaintiff refused to uncover his vehicle’s VIN, the Officer ordered Plaintiff out of the car and searched him. Plaintiff was handcuffed and detained. The violations were ultimately dismissed.

Description: On June 6, 2019, at approximately 8:35 p.m., at the southwestern corner in the vicinity of Lewis Avenue and Broadway, within the County of Kings, New York, plaintiff Schloss was targeted, because of his race, for adverse police action, by Defendant NYPD officers Moses Lebron, Hinolito Inoa, Sergeant Ma Delossantos, and other unnamed officers. Plaintiff was legally driving in the area when Officers Lebron, Inoa, Delossantos, and others illegally stopped, approached, and questioned the plaintiff in his motor vehicle. The defendant officers stopped and questioned the plaintiff without any legal justification, and falsely accused him of Obstructing Governmental Administration, Disorderly Conduct and for No or Insuf...
