Complaint
Description: On March 3, 2022, plaintiff received a telephone call from defendant NYPD Officers Daniel Davidoff, Joshua Crowley, Dana Martillo, Titus Parham, and other John Doe officers instructing her to turn herself in or to be arrested. Defendants were acting based on a report filed by plaintiff's ex-boyfriend who complained of a verbal dispute. Plaintiff, who was pregnant at the time, presented herself to the 69th precinct, where she was promptly arrested by defendants. Defendants handcuffed plaintiff so tightly as to cause pain and numbness and then searched her person, but did not find any contraband.
