Complaint
Description: On May 25, 2017, NYPD Detectives Glynn and Miserandino, in executing a search warrant on the residence of the plaintiff, physically assaulted and battered plaintiff about the head, face, body and limbs with excessive force, and with malicious menacing, caused apprehension of further contact with the plaintiff, these actions causing serious injury, pain, shock, and mental anguish, which rendered plaintiff unable to perform his normal activities and duties.
