Description: On March 19, 2020, the officers named Weiglein, Allen, and Pisano stopped, seized, and arrested the Plaintiff, without any cause. Plaintiff was violently pulled from his vehicle and was manhandled by the named officers. Cuffs were placed tightly on the Plaintiff's wrists, and the Plaintiff suffered numerous bruises. Plaintiff was then removed to the 52nd Precinct where he was processed by the officers as well as unidentified officers. At the Precinct the Plaintiff was further subject to several cavity searches. Named officers also fabricated and submitted false evidence resulting in the case being forwarded to the Bronx Prosecutor's Office. The case was subsequently dismissed
