Description: On March 30, 2021 at 12:30AM, Defendant Police Officer Joseph Agramonte, Police Officer Damian Santiago, Sergeant James Rahill, together with unnamed police officers John Does responded to a neighbor's 911 call to the apartment of Plaintiff, located in the Bronx, New York. The 911 call resulted from a verbal argument Plaintiff had with his wife where the frustrated Plaintiff damaged property in the apartment. Plaintiff in no way injured or assaulted his wife, child, or anyone else. Defendants arrested Plaintiff using excessive force, injuring his knee, triggering an asthma attack, and applied the handcuffs in an excessively tight manner.
