Description: On March 26, 2010, Plaintiff was baselessly pulled over by Defendant Officer Mangual and John Doe as he was driving on Church Avenue. At the time, Defendant Officer Mangual and Doe illegally crossed the intersection on Church Ave in spite of a red light, made an illegal U-turn on Church Ave, and pulled Plaintiff over without cause, basis, or justification. Said Defendants cursed at Plaintiff and insisted on seeing his identification without cause, basis, or justification. Upon taking Plaintiff's ID, said Defendants falsely and fraudulently alleged that Plaintiff had an outstanding arrest warrant dating from 1993 when in fact there was not.
