Description: On September 22, 2015, at approximately 1:40am Plaintiff Terrell Coleman was falsely arrested and subjected to excessive force by Defendant NYPD Officer MICHAEL MURPHY and one unidentified officer in Plaintiff's apartment located at 168-10 127th Avenue Apt. 4G in Jamaica, Queens.
