Description: On September 22, 2015, at approximately 1:40am Plaintiff Terrell Coleman was falsely arrested and subjected to excessive force by Defendant NYPD Officer MICHAEL MURPHY and one unidentified officer in Plaintiff's apartment located at 168-10 127th Avenue Apt. 4G in Jamaica, Queens. The Defendants entered Plaintiff's home without warrant and while Plaintiff was in his bedroom about to go to sleep with his girlfriend. The Defendants then kicked in Plaintiff's bedroom door, forced Plaintiff to the ground, placed him in excessively tight handcuffs and then pepper sprayed and struck Plaintiff about his head, mouth, arms, back, and side.
