Description: On or about July 22, 2022, defendant Rodriguez (not NYPD officers or other law enforcement as far as i can tell) negligently operated a motor vehicle ran into a vehicle containing plaintiff (an NYPD officer) and another NYPD officer, who was driving. Plaintiff was on duty at the time of the incident, and sustained serious injuries as a result of this incident.
