Description: On or about August 23, 2016 at approximately 7:05 am, Plaintiff was in the vicinity of Union Square East and East 14th Street Subway Station in the County of New York, when Defendants two plain clothes Police Officers Manuel Sanchez and Officer Michael Leone unlawfully stopped, questioned and frisked Plaintiff without cause. Plaintiff was arrested, assaulted, battered and imprisoned for 2 days by the City of New York, New York City Police Department. Defendants made false and perjurious statements and submitted an erroneous police report and initiated a prosecution in bad faith. As a result of Defendants actions, Plaintiff suffered physical, psychological and emotional injuries.
