Description: On June 11, 2008, at the 109th Precinct in Queens, Plaintiff was arrested and charged with Robbery and other related crimes. Prior to and subsequent to his arrest, numerous police officers from the Central Robbery Squad and the 109th precinct, including NYPD Detective Maureen Sheehan and other unknown officers created false evidence against the plaintiff, including claiming he was identified in a photo array, while alleging that he committed the crimes of robbery and other related charges. Defendants also forwarded false evidence and false information to DA.

Description: On March 14, 2011 at approximately 10:00 AM, near 120 Schemerhorn Street, Brooklyn, Defendants Detective Maureen Sheehan and Officer John Doe 1 handcuffed Plaintiff and intentionally and falsely accused him of committing robbery (first). On March 14, 2011, a criminal complaint was issued at the directive of Defendants and a malicious prosecution was commenced. Plaintiff was released from custody on January 29, 2018. Defendant had to defend against false charges until the criminal matter was terminated in favor plaintiff on February 28, 2019 (when a jury acquitted Plaintiff of all charges).
