Description: On April 15, 2021, at 111-38 134th St, Queens, NY, Plaintiff was inside her residence with her family, when Defendants entered the location by breaking the front door to gain entry. Plaintiff, her husband, and Plaintiff’s tenants were handcuffed, and subjected to unlawful searches. Defendants also entered Plaintiff’s tenant’s apartment.
