Description: On January 31, 2013, Plaintiff was lawfully outside a residence. Three officers, including Robert Travis and two unnamed officers, approached Plaintiff without a warrant, probable cause, or legal justification. Plaintiff was stopped by POs, and stopped, frisked, assaulted, and detained aggressively. POs knew that they had no legal reason to stop Plaintiff. In custody, Plaintiff was subject to a strip search, then arraigned and maliciously prosecuted for trespass. Plaintiff was incarcerated for over 24 hours and had to make numerous court appearances before the charges were terminated.
