Complaint
Description: On June 3, 2017, Plaintiff was assaulted by officers Lucero, Manzo, Matthaus, Reyes, Nomani, and certain unnamed officers while he was parked near a fire hydrant. The officers forcibly pulled Plaintiff from his vehicle to the ground for no reason. At no point did the officers identify themselves as officers, nor did they ever observe Plaintiff committing a crime. The officers continued to assault Plaintiff while he was on the ground, claiming that he was driving while intoxicated despite having no cause or suspicion that this is true.
