Description: On March 12, 2018, defendant POs acting undercover approached defendant asking for "five for twenty". After a another individual directed the undercover agents toward a woman standing nearby, the undercover agents stopped, searched and violently arrested defendant, even though plaintiff did not exchange any money or contraband or was not in any way facilitating any drug transaction and thus defendant POs did not have any probable cause or reasonable suspicion to detain or arrest plaintiff. Subsequently, defendant POs knowingly made false statements to prosecutors, causing plaintiff to be charged with several crimes he did not commit.

Description: On October 6, 2011 in Brooklyn on Wartman Ave, Defendant Police Officers John Dennis, Marcos Vasquez and “John Does” and “Jane Does” 1-10. Without cause, illegally detained, falsely arrested, indicted and imprisoned the Plaintiff for allegedly patronizing a prostitute in the third degree. This charge was dismissed on October 2, 2012. Defendants did not consent to the detainment when he was falsely arrested without probable cause. He was falsely incarcerated from October 6th to 7th in 2011.
