Description: On June 15, 2012, Christopher Krieg, a paraplegic, was subjected to severe mistreatment by NYPD Officers during his arrest and transport, exacerbating his medical conditions. Officers, including Detectives Gerard Beyrodt and Ryan Lane, forcibly removed Krieg from his wheelchair, placed him unrestrained in a cargo van, and ignored his medical needs, leading to further injury and hospitalization.

Description: On January 13, 2010, Plaintiff Sadhoff, the driver of a motor vehicle, was helping his brother-in-law Plaintiff Monroe, the front passenger, move from Queens to Maspeth. At the intersection of Tyler and 63rd, in Queens, NY, Plaintiffs were about to make a right hand turn when named Defendants Longardino and Anderson activated the lights on their police vehicle, an unmarked vehicle, and ordered Sadhoff to pull over. Sadhoff pulled over as directed. Longardino approached Plaintiffs' vehicle on the driver's side and Anderson, with his service weapon drawn, approached on the passenger side and ordered Monroe to exit the vehicle. Plaintiffs were asked if they had drugs in the car or on their persons, and Monroe said...
