Description: On September 19, 2018, at 8:00 A.M. in the vicinity of 155 Street and Broadway, NY, Plaintiff was driving a car, on his way to work when he was stopped. Defendant Hansen Planeta claimed that the Plaintiff forged Pennsylvania temporary license even though he knew it wasn't true and handcuffed and arrested the Plaintiff. the Defendant did not contact the State of Pennsylvania to determine the authenticity of the plate that was on Plaintiff's car. Further defendant had a history of discriminating against non-Caucacians.
