Description: On September 16, 2021, the defendant created a wanted poster of the plaintiff, falsely accusing him, a 17-year-old male, of committing a burglary. The following day, the defendant arrested the plaintiff without an unlawful basis. The plaintiff did not resist the arrest. The plaintiff spent over 40 hours in custody before appearing before a judge.
