Description: On February 17, 2022, at approximately 12:00 PM, Plaintiffs were present in vicinity of the southwest corner of 3rd Avenue and East 126th Street, County and State of New York, when the defendant Police Officers approached, questioned, detained and arrested Plaintiffs without legal justification. Plaintiff Jenkins was leaving the New York State Welfare building, where he was applying for Medicaid. He had asked Plaintiff Tyler-Bae to pick him up in his car, and Plaintiff Tyler-Bae was lawfully parked nearby waiting for him.
