Description: On November 8, 2012, at approximately 8:45 p.m., Plaintiff was driving near the corner of East 34th Street and Church Avenue in Brooklyn, New York when he was pulled over by Defendant officers. The Defendant officers approached the vehicle, one on the driver's side and one on the passenger side. They requested the Plaintiff's license and registration which he then provided. Defendant Sgt. Doe 1 then approached the vehicle and ordered Plaintiff and his acquaintance to get out of the vehicle. Afraid of making sudden movements, Plaintiff requested that an officer reach into the car and unlock the door so that he could get out safely.
