This false information was provided in order to deceptively induce a child protective investigation Order where the police were allowed to enter using force. Though it is unclear whether this was a valid legal order, due to the lack of a seal, if it was, it was secured using false and misleading information regarding Plaintiff Deshaun Jordan, Plaintiff’s family, and the status of their Children.
