Complaint
Description: On or about April 29, 2014 at approximately 3pm, Plaintiff was inside her residence when Defendant POs knocked on her door, confronted Plaintiff, and entered her residence without consent. Defendant POs followed Plaintiff to her bedroom where Defendant PO Floor picked the Plaintiff up, threw her to the ground, and handcuffed her. Defendant POs Medeco and Padilla held Plaintiff against the ground using their bodies. Plaintiff suffered a contusion and abrasions on her head, pain throughout her body, and emotional distress. Plaintiff was transported to a hospital in handcuffs.
