Description: On October 19, 2013, at approximately 8:30 PM, Plaintiff Mayline Esposito was improperly stopped and searched by defendant officers in front of 255 Hylan Boulevard in Staten Island. The officers in question were Gerard Delprete, John Ryan, Michelle Ortiz, Megan Carroll, Arthur Truscelli, Nicholas Velez, John Brooks, and David Luppino. Officer Delprete approached Plaintiff Esposito and handcuffed her left wrist. Officer Ryan then unfastened Plaintiff's pants and reached inside, touching her genitals and thigh areas. Defendant Ryan then handcuffed her right wrist.
