Description: On November 9, 2021, Defendants Commender, Giuliani and the DOE Defendants approached Plaintiff, who was a high school student at Concord High School without legal justification or excuse and searched plaintiff. The defendants had no probable cause or reasonable suspicion that the plaintiff was engaged in an illegal activity. The search yielded no evidence of any guns, drugs or contraband.
