Complaint
Description: On May 25, 2015, plaintiff was using a grill across the street from his residence when he was approached by NYPD agents Sean Casey and Evan Hodos who asked for the cook. Plaintiff stated it was him, and that he's been told earlier that day by other NYPD officers that he could use the grill. Casey and Hodos stated that he needed to shut off the grill, and plaintiff complied. Agent Casey then grabbed plaintiff's arm and put his left hand in a handcuff while Hodos grabbed his right arm and threw him against the car, cuffing both of his hands. The officers went through plaintiff's pockets, finding nothing, and shoved him in the back of a police car. Hodos then yanked plaintiff by the handcuffs further into the car....
