Description: On March 11, 2015, at or between approximately 8:30 and 9:00 PM, Plaintiff Tyrin Torres and Plaintiff Daquan Bradley were present in a vehicle near Mermaid Avenue and West 16 Street in Brooklyn. The plaintiffs were pulled from their vehicle and promptly arrested by Defendant Officers Siokas, Ward, and Jonny, and possibly one John Doe. While plaintiffs were in custody, one of the defendants said to plaintiffs that he had seen them assault and rob someone. This was false.
