Description: May 11, 2016 incident: Plaintiff was with his girlfriend and another woman who are both "painted ladies" or "desnudas" in Times Square. Some male passersby began to harass the women by calling them "hos" and throwing up gang-related signs. Defendants Police Officer Juillet and Police Officer FNU Ponce arrived to surround the plaintiff and women.
