NEGRON, approached Plaintiff RICANIA REYES, struck Plaintiff, slammed Plaintiff against a wall, tased Plaintiff and violently handcuffed Plaintiff. On the same date, in the Bronx, without just cause or provocation, Defendants NYPD Officers, including P.O. MONESTIME and P.O.
