Description: On January 29, 2014, defendant officers showed up in plainclothes at plaintiff's residence. Defendants proceeded to threaten to assault plaintiff and his family if he did not open up. Plaintiff refused to open the door and called 911. Upon hearing police sirens, defendants left the scene. Defendant Dardzinski subsequently fabricated evidence to obtain a warrant of arrest against plaintiff. On February 18, 2014, defendants once again showed up at plaintiff's residence, forcibly entered his apartment and ordered plaintiff to get on the floor while pointing his gun at him.
