Description: On May 3, 2022, Plaintiff was lawfully present inside the 69th Precinct. Plaintiff stated that he wished to file a police report for lost identification. Following Plaintiff’s request to file a police report, Defendants Police Officer Kion
Gayle and/or Defendant Sergeant Miguel Vivas forced Plaintiff outside of the police precinct doors and onto the cement stairs leading to the sidewalk. Defendant Gayle and Defendant Vivas pushed Plaintiff from the stairs onto the sidewalk thereby causing a physical injury to Plaintiff, including to his back, and extreme pain.
