Description: On September 9, 2022, plaintiff was arrested by the defendants at the Union Hall, where he was talking to a Local 79 employee and recording the conversation on his phone. Defendants took custody of plaintiff's work helmet, water bottle, calendar, all of which contain the phrase "Black Lives Matters" and plaintiff's cellular phone. Defendants claimed that plaintiff was trespassing at the Union Hall. They handcuffed him and took him to a precinct, where he was placed in a holding cell.
