Description: On December 22, 2021 Police Officers Cherenfant, Guity, and Gennardo handcuffed Plaintiff and falsely accused her of having committed an assault. Officer Cherenfant slammed Plaintiff's body against a subway station staircase and struck her in the face and head multiple times with a closed fist. Plaintiff remained in custody until she was released on December 23, 2021. The false charges were terminated in Plaintiff's favor on February 28, 2022.
