Description: On November 12, 2012, Plaintiff was unlawfully stopped, searched, arrested, interrogated, intimidated, physically abused, and/or charged by POs Luis Martinez, Richard Ortiz, Tarrell Jefferson, and Tarrell Winfield. Plaintiff was lawfully operating his motor vehicle when officers approached Plaintiff’s car with weapon drawn and ordered him to get out of his vehicle. POs then grabbed Plaintiff by the belt loop of his jeans and dragged him to the trunk of Plaintiff’s car, slamming him against it. An officer conducted an illegal search of Plaintiff's vehicle, and retrieved a pocket utility knife from the bottom of Plaintiff’s center console.
