Description: On February 28, 2014, Plaintiff, an electrical student at the local trade school, was walking on the street in Manhattan when an unmarked car pulled up next to him. Defendant Officer Baksh and one other officer jumped out of the car, ran towards Plaintiff, grabbed him by his arms, pinned him up against the hood of their car, and proceeded to pat down and search the Plaintiff.
