Description: Plaintiff was driving down the street when she was almost hit by Defendant Officer Hennessy who was off-duty and driving the wrong way down the street. Officer Hennessy got out of his car, and aggressively hit Plaintiff's car and stood in front of it so she couldn't drive away. 911 was called and Plaintiff received medical attention. PO Hennessy was on modified assignment at that time as a result of steroid use.
