Description: On October 21, 2016, around 6:30 p.m., near 131-08 178th Place, Queens, Police Officer Daniel Scalcione and Joseph Schneider, and other police officers N/H/A JOHN/JANE DOE I-IV, from the 113th Precinct of the NYPD, accused Plaintiff of reckless driving, forcibly removed him from his vehicle, and arrested him in an excessive manner about his person, causing him physical pain and mental suffering.Plaintiff was tripped and fell on the ground. He was kicked several times while on the ground and pepper sprayed. SCHNEIDER was the officer whom pepper sprayed the Plaintiff. Handcuffs were placed on Plaintiff's wrists so tight that Plaintiff's wrists turned red.
