Description: On January 21, 2017, as plaintiff was leaving a nightclub, defendants arrived at the location and started detaining patrons. From across the street, plaintiff began to film the interactions using his cell phone. Defendant Officer Campbell, along with the other named defendants, approached plaintiff, told him to stop filming, and tackled him to the ground. Plaintiff was handcuffed and transported to the 40th precinct, where he was searched. Upon asking defendants for their badge numbers, defendants escorted plaintiff to the bathroom, where they proceeded to punch him in the face and smash his head against the bathroom wall.
