Original Complaint
Description: Defendant Officers Luppino and Brooks pulled over Plaintiff's car, claimed to smell marijuana, and arrested her and searched the car. One of the officers touched her inappropriately during the arrest. Plaintiff was placed in a police car without a seat belt and then brought on a radio run police chase, causing her to become injured. Plaintiff was then taken to the 121st Precinct and charged with marijuana possession.
