Description: On August 14, 2012, plaintiff resided with her two sons and infant grandsons within an apartment building on Sutter Avenue, Brooklyn, NY. Prior to subject incident, defendant officers Schumacher, Hayward and others accosted a non-party, Williams for trespassing, within the building. Officers took Williams to the front door of the subject premises, and asked her to knock on the door so they could forcibly gain entry into the apartment to conduct an illegal and warrantless search.
