Description: On April 1, 2021, a false police complaint was filed alleging that Plaintiff had called her and threatened to kill her, and said complaint was unsubstantiated nor supported by any evidence whatsoever. Although Defendants, including KRISTOPHER SPERO and other unknown police officers, knew that the complaint was made by someone " bat-shit crazy", stopped Plaintiff without probable cause. Then they proceeded to physically restrain Plaintiff while violently contorting his arms behind his back before finally affixing metal handcuffs to Plaintiff's wrists.
Plaintiff was then illegally detained at the 114th Precinct by Defendants, where he was fingerprinted, photographed, searched or strip-searched,.
