Description: On or about May 23, 2015 at approximately 10:45 PM, Plaintiff was walking with his girlfriend in the vicinity of 207th Street and Nagle Avenue, New York, NY when individuals attacked him, with one individual brandishing a firearm. Plaintiff wrestled the gun from the individual in self defense and told the police of the incident and his attackers were arrested. Defendants, NYPD officers then seized and searched Plaintiff without consent and arrested Plaintiff without probable cause. Plaintiff was taken to the police precinct and was subject to an invasive strip search.
