Complaint
Description: On September 15 2022 the Plaintiff was lawfully asking NYPD Office "Jane" Varlack if she was being issued a ticket when Varlack responded in a hostile manner and unnecessarily called for backup. She then placed the Plaintiff under arrest and applied handcuffs and unlawfully placed her hands over the Plaintiff's breasts. She was then transported to the 114th Precinct and charged with reckless driving even though her vehicle was parked. She was taken to Central Booking overnight and was then escorted out of the building and told that her papers were "messed up."
