Description: On April 22, 2013 plaintiff was driving home from work and stopped at a red light. At the light, officers Acierno and Assaidi pulled up behind plaintiff and turned their lights and siren on. Plaintiff immediately pulled over to the curb. Officers then approached and asked for his license. Plaintiff asked if he had run a red light and Acierno told him he was stopped because he was wearing a bandana that covered the lower half of his face and because his music was too loud. The covering on his face was used during work while putting down asphalt.
