Description: On October 23, 2019, plaintiff was in the vicinity of Hunts Point Avenue and Gilbert Place when defendant P.O.s Richard Ruiz, Danny Aquino, John Doe, and John Roe approached him and unlawfully stopped, searched, assaulted, beat, and detained him in an aggressive manner. Defendants handcuffed and arrested plaintiff and took him to a police station in the Bronx. At some point in defendants' custody, plaintiff was strip-searched.
