Description: On April 18, 2019, near the Staten Island Expressway in Staten Island, Defendant Officers, including Officer Ranola, Detective Reich, Detective Gagliardi, and Sergeant Dalbero, wrongfully pulled Plaintiff over and Plaintiff was unlawfully searched, seized, and arrested by Defendants. Defendants wrongfully commenced prosecution against Plaintiff without probable cause or justification. On April 24, 2019 and June 12, 2019, all charges against Plaintiff were dismissed.
