Complaint
Description: On December 25, 2013, Plaintiff was legally standing on the street talking to his son when Defendant Dickstein appeared and engaged the Plaintiff in a conversation. Defendant Dickstein falsely arrested Plaintiff without probable cause or reasonable suspicion and lodged a misdemeanor charge against him without properly investigating the subject incident. Plaintiff was then transported to the precinct where he was placed into a holding cell for hours. Plaintiff was transported to New York County Central Booking approximately 32 hours after arrest. After multiple court appearances, all charges were dismissed against the Plaintiff.
