Description: On July 27, 2018, officers Mohammad Saleh, John Doe, and John Roe, arrested Plaintiff without an arrest warrant, probable cause, reasonable cause or any legal justification. Plaintiff was stopped, searched, grabbed, assaulted, battered, and detained in an aggressive manner. While in custody, Plaintiff was then strip searched. Plaintiff remained incarcerated for over 24 hours and was required to make numerous court appearances over an extended period of time until all charges were terminated favorably.
