Description: On July 2011 through June 2015, police officers ran the Plaintiff’s name through their database and found an incorrect entry listing an open warrant for the Plaintiff on average once every three months. On April 7, 2011, the Plaintiff received clarification from the Clerk of the Bronx Criminal Court confirming that the warrant was not valid and had been deleted, and the clerk issued the Plaintiff a letter instructing NYPD officers not to arrest her on the basis of the warrant. Nevertheless, the arrests did not stop.
