Description: On February 6, 2022, Plaintiff was lawfully at a party when a fight broke out outside. Plaintiff went outside to see what was going on, at which point Defendant Officers showed up and shut the party down. Defendant Officers then asked Plaintiff to move a vehicle that was blocking traffic. Plaintiff responded that is wasn’t his vehicle and that he wouldn't move it.
